Thank you for shopping at Levish Store PK. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently across Pakistan.
Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your packages.
1. Shipping Zones & Delivery Timelines
We deliver to almost all cities, towns, and villages across Pakistan using reliable local courier services (such as TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, or Trax).

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2-7 business days.

Other Cities & Regional Hubs (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.

Remote & Rural Areas: 5 to 7 business days.
Note: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Charges
We aim to keep our shipping rates as fair and transparent as possible:

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 249 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above Rs. [Insert Minimum Amount, e.g., 3,000].
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Verification
As Cash on Delivery (COD) is the most preferred payment method in Pakistan, we happily offer it nationwide.
To ensure a smooth delivery process and protect our business from fraudulent orders, we follow a strict verification step:

Order Confirmation Call/WhatsApp: Once you place an order, our customer support team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your address and order details.

Processing: Your order will only be dispatched after it has been verbally or text-confirmed by you. Unverified orders will automatically be cancelled after 48 hours.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing a Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s portal. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
5. Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibilities

The courier service will attempt to deliver your package up to 2 times.

Please ensure your provided mobile number is active and you are available to receive calls, as the rider will call you before delivery.

If a delivery fails twice due to an unreachable number or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Future COD privileges for that account may be suspended.
6. Inspection & Damaged Goods
Please do not open the flyer or parcel before handing over the cash to the courier rider (as per standard Pakistani courier regulations).
However, if you receive a damaged product or notice pieces missing after opening the package, please take a photo/video and contact our customer support team within 24 hours at saadkayani2006@gmail.com or +923085842749. We will happily arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
